“The Professionals” Management Group officially began April 1999, after Rubin T. Sloan, Sr. decided to use his many years of knowledge and experience to create and develop his own janitorial business.  After serving many years as General Manager and Regional Manager for one of Wilmington’s fastest growing janitorial corporations, he felt he was ready to pursue his own business.

After carefully calculating the start up cost and the industry requirements he enlisted the managerial experience of his wife and “The Professionals” Management Group, Inc. began a new entity. The vision of PMG was and is to provide quality janitorial service with integrity at an affordable price while incorporating environmentally safe products in the fast changing green clean practices and service.  PMG is to be a janitorial service, not a cleaning service, but an establishment or business that would strive to serve the needs of the client accurately and consistently.

PMG has experienced a steady solid growth through the past ten years. In developing the proper infrastructure, we have been awarded contracts for many years and not just to lose them a few months later. A strategic Quality Control and Safety Program was established and strict adherence enforced.  We provide hands on approach where the owners are very visible and available to ensure not just in acquiring your business but in maintaining your satisfaction. Any reported problems are quickly addressed and effectively resolved to the client’s satisfaction without excuses!!

Our motto is “Trust your business to the cleaning professionals” because we understand that trust is earned.  Each of us is given daily opportunities but many fail to seize those opportunities, it is our goal to exceed your expectation with every opportunity that we are entrusted with.   We provide the best janitorial services the first time through the use of insured, background checked; green clean certified and bonded staffing.

We are the only janitorial service that has received the Department of Labor’s Gold safety award for nine consecutive years. We have received accommodation from the NC General Assembly for our commitment to safety.  We proudly pride ourselves in never losing a contract due to poor performance, since our inception.
